In addition to the regular prayers and Hours, Manichaean Elect/Monks are encouraged to read the Gospel of the Prophet Mani in a week, by using the following schedule.
- Sunday: Chapters 1 and 2
- Monday: Chapter 3
- Tuesday: Chapter 4
- Wednesday: Chapter 5
- Thursday: Chapter 6
- Friday: Chapter 7
- Saturday: Chapter 8
